Hi! I’m Stephanie Soma. I’m here to help humans feel more at home in their bodies.
I’m so glad you’re here.
You’re reading this so I imagine you’re also wanting more satisfying, authentic and intimate relationships. To feel more at choice in the present moment. And more freedom and pleasure in your body. You’re wanting to create the life you actually want to be living—but keep getting stuck in known patterns.
My work explores just that at the intersection of embodiment and relating—or you could say it’s about learning to be human together.
My Story
For the first time I felt safe in my body and confident to make major life changes I had been previously afraid to make.
I continued to dive deeply into embodiment and healing my nervous system and gained access to a wealth of pleasure, meaning, desires—and capacity to be with pain and discomfort. I learned how to feel safe and respond when I don’t feel safe. I learned how the sensations I experience are actually vital information.
I continued to align my life with what I was discovering, leaving my successful career in tech development to pursue a life of healing and teaching. I like to think of it as bringing mindfulness technologies to bodies and souls.
My healing work is about creating a safe container so you can activate your own natural healing process.
Your nervous system knows how to heal—it just needs to feel safe to get started. Everything you want and need is already inside of you. The journey is here, now, and in your body.
I’d be honored to guide the way.
