CONNECTING IN THE MYSTERY

FAQs
-
A practice group is essentially a closed container of people who begin and end the workshop series together. Trust is able to be built over time which allows us to practice deeper layers of being seen and seeing others.
-
Yes, it’s quite alright if you don’t have any previous experience with embodiment or relating. (Make a note in your application if this is true, so I can jump on a call with you and give you some tips for day one!)
It is recommended that you have some support structures already in place (friends, therapist, etc), as vulnerability can be touched in these groups. Although it is not a requirement, it’s great to have someone in your life to continue processing with should anything come up. -
Yes! We just ask that participants commit to attending at least four of the six sessions in the series. If you already know you’ll miss more than two, then wait for the next cohort. This program runs about two times a year.
-
Nope. Although being seen and heard by others is a basic human need and can of course be deeply therapeutic.
