CO-HERE is about waking up and reclaiming our power together. It’s a journey of releasing, retrieval, and responsibility. It’s an experience of getting right with your birthright of full-yes life flowing through you. To be deeply rooted here and deeply present now.

This group meets biweekly on Tuesdays 7:00-9:30pm, from June 4th through August 13th (six sessions).

**To honor group cohesion, we ask that participants attend at least four of the six sessions in this series.

  • Those who want to connect with others while staying in connection with themselves

  • Anyone who wants to have more meaningful, heartfelt connection with their friends and loved ones

  • Practitioners of other relating modalities who don’t know what to do with their body or feel distant to their body while connecting

  • Ecstatic dancers wondering how to be that honest and open in their verbal conversations

  • People who want to understand their relationship to groups through belonging, leadership, and contribution

  • Caregivers, somatic therapists, bodyworkers, and body-based healers who want to deepen their relational skills

Your Host:

Stephanie is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Coach, Circling Facilitator, and certified Yoga Therapist with 10 years experience leading groups into their hearts and bodies. Her aim is to help people feel safe while connecting authentically to experience more meaningful relationships. She guides individuals 1:1 and offers workshops in Austin, TX and online.
